"The future performance of any business organization is dependent upon the seriousness attached by it to the human resource audit process. With the use of empirical examples, demonstrate how this exercise has impacted on the performance of the public sector in Kenya and how this has and still affects workload allocation. [30 marks]

Compare and contrast the implications of the various sources of the human factor during recruitment on organizations performance. When would it be appropriate for a firm to outsource employees? Use suitable but current examples for justification. [10 marks]

"Training is an expensive exercise that at all times must be need driven" with the use of suitable examples, justify the above statement in the context of limited resources and the many challenges in today's workplace. [10 marks]
