It is a policy of many companies to reward their employees based on their performance. You are required to explain the criteria that the management should apply in assessing employees’ performance. (10 marks)

Unions are there to present the interest of employees. However, they have very little tangible results. Required to discuss their role in employee reward and compensation systems. (10 marks)

Planning is one of the key principles of management; however, it has been used nearly in all disciplines. Explain the role of planning in Human Resource Management. (20 marks)

The culture existing within a firm has an effect on the employees’ degree of satisfaction as well as the quality of their performance. You are required to explain the determinants of corporate culture in organizations. (20 marks)
