Explain the process, elements and outcomes of Human Resource Planning: How does the Human Resource process facilitate the achievement of an organizations strategic objective. (15 marks)

Differentiate the concepts of job analysis, job description and job evaluation. Explain with suitable examples how each of these activities is used for Human resource planning, employee selection, deployment, performance appraisal, compensation and employee training. (15 marks)
