QUESTION ONE – COMPULSORY
The M/S Kingdom Commercial management Ltd was established in 1980 with a single branch which operated in Nairobi. In June 2009 the management decided to open five Branches in Mombasa, Kisumu, Nyeri, Nakuru and Eldoret. The bank has acquired and prepared suitable premises where the branches will be operating. The recruitment of the necessary staff including Ten (10) officers to occupy the positions of Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in the branches has been done. In order to ensure that the Ten (10) senior officers have been adequately prepared to take up the roles and responsibilities, the bank has organized Two (2) Days workshop in one of the Five Star
hotels in Nairobi. Being and expert in Management you have been selected by your consultancy firm to facilitate and train the Ten (10) senior officers during some of the sessions during the seminar.

REQUIRED
