1. What is meant by the term employee commitment? Explain in details and with the use of examples the various ways a manager can use to enhance employee commitment at work. (25 marks).
2. Differentiate between employee recruitment and selection and give an elaborate explanation of the steps followed in employee selection. (25 marks).
3. What are the various methods of educating employee performance appraisal and what is the purpose for it? (25 marks).
4. Of late there are arguments for and against extending working days upto Saturdays. Discuss this issue and come out with clear recommendations if the working days were extended to 24-7-365, what must be taken into account for it to be implementable? (25 marks).
