4)Mary Wafula was an employee of a clothes designing firm. She worked as a tailor and had to be supervised with others so that the clothes made were found to be perfect. At one time she had to cope with an order of making uniforms for a uniform shop. She was given various measurements which she had to follow well. After the clothes were complete the supervisor looked at them and complained that they were small in size. But Mary insisted that she tailored them as per the measurements.

In the Organizations office, he worked with two young graduates and three members of subordinates. The graduate's task was through extension work, to recruit farmers while the subordinates assisted greatly during field demonstrations and preparing samples for exhibition.
