have very little evidence to be proud of”. Using an existing Kenyan union as
an example, discuss the statement. (20 marks)

Explain the factors which affect the development and implementation of a
sound compensation system of any company. (20 marks)

Training need assessments is key to the success of any training programme for
employees. Although, the training methods applied could also affect its success.
Required to discuss the methods which could be applied in training employees.
