b) Expound on the steps involved in planning for a project evaluation process. (20 marks)
Q3. While there has been a strong consensus on the desirability of having African standards guidelines, there have been a lot of discussions over the types of guidelines that should be used. The African evaluation guidelines include 35 standards summarized into four major principles. Explain them. (25 marks)

You have been contracted by the National AIDs control council (NACC) to evaluate community based organizations (C.B.Os) intervening in behavior change communication (B.C.C) in HIV/AIDs in Nairobi county. You are required to compile an evaluation report at the end. Show the components of your report through explanation. (25 marks)
