Read the following case study and answer questions that follow:
CASE: MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES
When five star tourist hotels first opened in Coast Kenya, they were a symbol of hope and glamour for a region sorely in need of both. These hotels were the best hotels in the country to offer bathroom ensuite and popular nightclubs. But the recent terrorism threats have led to hotels management to erect security walls around the entrance and institute policies requiring that all guests be frisked and their luggage searched. The tourist trade disappeared, leaving only business customers and journalists who came to cover effect of the threats from the perfect of vintage point. These threats have spread to Nairobi, and even Kisumu city. Perhaps are now shelved initiative between Kenya government and safaricom and further intelligence collaboration with google security at global level will decrease the threats.
