d) Identify four factors to consider when organizing a focus group to help evaluate information services. (7 marks)

b) List the basic and advanced techniques used to limit results and also expand search results. (4 marks)
Q4. Define what a search engine is and explain the various types of search engines giving atleast TWO examples of each. (20 marks)
