Q2. Under the law, there are four grounds that may justify termination of employment by the employer;

b) Explain the most common mistakes made by employers. (9 marks)
c) Define each of the following:
i. Casual employment (1 mark)
ii. Fixed term/temporary employment (1 mark)
iii. Permanent employment (1 marks)
Q3. Employment particulars must contain information about an employe;
a) State the ingredients of such particulars. (10 marks)
b) List the most essential clauses in a contract of service. (8 marks)

Q4. Under the employment act section 26 sets out basic minimum terms,
a) Discuss the basic minimum terms (10 marks)
b) State the four exceptions pursuant to which a female can be employed on underground work in a mine. (4 marks)
