1. Define the following terms as used in this unit: (5 marks)

2. Describe any two elements that are important to be taught to pre-school children, citing
the reasons for their importance. (5 marks)

(a) Differentiate between expressive and creative dance. (2 marks)
(b) In teaching pre-school children expressive dance, describe what you would include
in their learning content.

4. Describe three important learning skills that dance in pre-school could enhance. (6 marks)

(a) What do you understand by the term "Musicianship?" 2 marks)
(b) Describe two ways through which you could enhance no. 5 (a) above in pre-school. (4 marks)

6. Identify and describe the importance of any three objectives of teaching music, movement and drama to pre-school children. (6 marks)

7. You have been invited by the Bomas of Kenya's management to talk to their staffon the importance costumes and decor for upcoming pre-school musicians. Provide your detailed report.
