Giving appropriate examples, explain the problems that have hindered universal supply of information to users with special needs. (30 marks)

Explain the necessary information facilities and services for the physically challenged users in public libraries. (20 marks)

Discuss the existing infrastructure in Kenya that supports information supply to the visually impaired users. (20 marks)

Explain some of the ways for promoting information access for users with hearing impairments. (20 marks)
