Discuss the claim that law can be manipulated to the detriment of social order and society can be corrupted to the detriment of legal reform. Draw your examples from the Kenyan constitutional review stalemate.

Compare Positivist and Natural views of law. Comment on the two schools? implications for law and society in Kenya.

Define sociological jurisprudence. Discuss the principal arguments put forth by Jhering, Weber, Ehrlich and Pound.

How did Llewellyn view the common core of legal realism? Discuss his concept of ?law jobs?, with reference to Kenyan citizenry.
