b) .Long before the emergence of constitutional monarchies, Kings ruled their kingdoms with the aid of councils. Explain four roles played by the members of the councils in assisting the King.(10 Marks)


c). Aristotle classified governance of states into monarchies, aristocracies, timocracies, democracies, oligarchies and tyrannies. Briefly explain what you understand by each of these categories. (10 Marks)
