b) .Mention and explain three critical considerations that policy makers should take into account while addressing global pressure for employment creation(10 Marks)


c). Briefly explain the four factors that account for the Global economic integration (GEI). (10 Marks)


2.Discuss the objectives and successes of the three employment creation interventions implemented by the Government of Kenya between 1963 and 1979, namely the Kenyanization policy, the Tripartite Agreements and the Public works program..(20 Marks)


3. Critically analyze the implications of increased casualization of work and temporary employment, to the Kenyan workers.(20 Marks)


4. The Constitution of Kenya (2010) re-affirms Kenya Government’s commitment to employment issues. Briefly discuss the provisions of articles 41 and 43 of the Constitution, with respect to employment. .(20 Marks)


5. Discuss any five factors that affect labour market flexibility.(20 Marks)
