Mamboleo is a young upcoming organization with a number of employees who have diverse needs as well as complications. The management is at loggerheads with most employees. There are numerous conflicts not only among the employees but also with the management.Employees have formed groups that facilitate communication through grapevine. This enables information to move among the employees within minutes sometimes without the slightest knowledge of the management . The management is almost unable to resolve the organizations conflict among their employers.
