Your first assignment is to initiate a Community Development program relevant to the area. Discuss 5 fundamental community development principles you will apply in initiation of the program. An old man decided to take a swim in a pond. A young man passing by noticed the old man in the pond and he jumped into the water and pulled him out, as he thought he was drowning. However, the young man was baffled when instead of thanking him; the old man said he felt ashamed by the action of the young man.
