You have been assigned the task of designing an intervention programme for the community you are working with. Discuss SIX components you would include while designing the programme showing how you would factor them in. (24 marks)
b)
“Programmes can be thought of in terms of inputs, process and outputs”. Discuss this statement using relevant examples to illustrate. (8 marks)

You have been employed as a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant in a new Organization. With relevant examples explain to the management of the organization the importance of Monitoring and Evaluation in program design and implementation. (16 marks)
