Read the following article and answer the questions that follows:
Tom,Jennifer,and Taylor work for Nokia, the international cell phone company. They have developed a plan to develop a handheld device designed for college students. The device would be the similar to one of Nokia's device but would have special capabilities for students, such as the ability to download PowerPoint slides, and a voice recognition to use to transcribe classroom lectures.The study which will be called study pas, would also include wireless option that would enable students to send and receive e-mail and instant messages with classmates and friends . All the three entrepreneurs are eager to leave Nokia to start the firm.The name they have picked for the company is Pegasus Computing. They have decided that they don't need the service of a lawyer because they know everything.
