You have recently moved in into a new neighborhood and anticipate staying there for a number of years. The area is cosmopolitan/multi-ethnic and quite populated with middle aged people most of who hold good jobs and work for the better part of the day. The area is not busy or populated in terms of enterprises and so there are not many activities that go on after the normal working hours making the town rather sleepy.
As an entrepreneurship student there is a well established entrepreneur that you have a high regard for and desire to follow his footsteps. You approach him one day to ask for business ideas in starting your own enterprise in the area. He asks you to come up with a brief for the two of you to discuss and reminds you that entrepreneurs are generally innovative people who turn new ideas into thrilling businesses. In brief you are expected to include the following:

2. Giving relevant reasons for your choice outline the probable business idea that you think would do the best in the area and state the type of entrepreneurial business. (5marks)
3. Explain the category or classification of entrepreneurs in which you would place yourself given the above business idea. (5marks)
4. Outline some of the problems you would face in turning the business idea into a thrilling business. (10marks)
5. What major tasks would you employ as an entrepreneur in your endeavor to try and minimize or counteract the challenges mentioned above? (5marks)
