(c) Describe five factors that influence the process of grieving. [10 marks]
(d) Explain how the pain of death can turn into growth of the bereaved person. [4 marks]
(e) Highlight at least 6 signs that indicate recovery from grief and grieving. [6 marks]
2(a) Define the term "grief overload" and then explain its consequences on the
bereaved person. [5 marks]
