a. Explain what you understand by the term "strategic planning". (2mks)

b. Discuss the four steps involved in strategic planning in organizations. (10mks)

c. Most standard portfolio analysis methods evaluate SBUs on the attractiveness of the SBU's market or indust and the strength of the SBU's position in that market or industry. In view of this statement:
i. Explain what an SBU is. (2mks)
