a. Explain any three benefits of graphic instructional materials. (3 marks)
b. Given a choice, would you generally prefer to use chalkboard or an overhead projector (OHP)? Why? (3 marks)
c. Outline five functions of a learning resource center (LRC). (5 marks)
d. Define the term, “windfalls” and list three steps a good manager of a school resource can take in order to fully benefit from them. (4 marks)
e. Give two differences between verbal and non-verbal communication. (4 marks)
f. Explain the roles of any two components of communication. (5 marks)

a. It has been argued that learners learn best when they get first-hand contact with reality. Discuss the correctness of this statement with reference to the use of community resources for learning (6 marks)
b. You intend to use a resource person in one of your lessons. Mentioning the class- level, topic and subject; describe fully the procedure you will follow in using the resource person.
