SECTION ONE- 30 Marks

b). What is the difference between Vygotsysky’s theory and Piaget’s theory’s approach in social interaction. (5 marks)
c). Explain what IQ emphasizes as compared to what zone of proximal development emphasizes. (5 marks)
10. Discuss Piaget’s theory of intellectual development. (20 marks)
11. Discuss the areas of difficulty for children with mental retardation in learning and performance. (20 marks)
12. No one theory accounts for all types of learning in children with retardation. Discuss.
