- Christians who support organ transplant are the pro-life groups who agree that one should do everything possible to save life.
- Humanly speaking, it is morally right to save life.
- Transplanting of organs is part of human beings continuing with the creation work of God. God did the first organ transplant when He created Eve from Adam's rib (Gen. 2:21-23).
- Both donating an organ and transplanting it into another person is an expression of love and concern for those suffering as taught by Jesus Christ.
- It is medically proved that one can donate an organ like a kidney and still survive and continue with life normally up to old age.
- Christians who oppose organ transplant believe that this is like transferring one's life to another human being, and therefore wrong (Lev. 17: 1 0-14).
- They also oppose the transplanting of organs from animals to human beings as this is undermining human dignity, and can also lead to transferring of diseases.
