In a bakery, the mass of 30 cakes taken at random is 20 kg. If the mean of the first 12 is 400 g, find the mean of the mass of the other 18 cakes.

Total mass = 20 kg =20000g
Mass of 12 cakes = 400 x 12
=4800 g
Mass of 18 cakes = 20000- 4800
=15200 g
Mean of 18 cakes = 15200/18
=844.44 g
