ii) Describe how would prepare crystals of sodium nitrate starting with 200 cm3 of 2M sodium hydroxide

i) Reaction between an acid and base to form a salt and water only

ii) Add 200cm3 of 2 M nitric (V) acid to 200cm3 of 2M sodium hydroxide.
Heat the mixture to saturation. Allow the mixture to cool for crystal to form

iii) 2NaNO3(s) $\rightarrow$ 2NaNO2(s) + O2(g)
