3. Promotion: consumer relies more on subjective impressions rather than concrete evidence. This is because of inherent intangible nature of services.
4. Physical evidence: the setting and appearance of a room the service is provided contributes towards the image of the organization as perceived by the customer.
5. Process: system by which you receive delivery of the service. In fast food outlets the process comprises buying the coupons at one counter and picking up the food against that at another counter.
