Pot holes-the pot holes are formed by rapid whirling water in a river channel
As the water whirling as if flows down slope it results to erosion which form small holes called foot holes

Stream –cut valleys

They are formed when the volume of water in the river channel reduces
-The water that remains cut as channel called a gorge (stream cut valleys)

Interlocking spurs

They form when a river comes across obstructions in form of resistant rock on its way. The river then fends to curve around these rocks
