This is when charge move in a complete path when the switch is closed
b. Open circuit- this is when the charge do not move in a complete path (when the switch is open).
c. E.m.f. of a cell is the voltage across its terminals when it is supplying no current in the circuit.
d. The lost volts- the difference of terminal voltage of close circuit and it open circuit.
