Most employees prefer jobs that offer challenges and an opportunity to use their skills and abilities. However, too much challenges can lead to frustrations and too little can lead to boredom.
2. Pay and promotion.
Employees would expect this to be in line with their expectations. So high pay lead to satisfaction.
3. Quality supervision.
This establishes cordial and supportive personnel relationship with the subordinates.
4. Supportive colleagues.
This provides opportunity for interaction. Teamwork creates situation for social interaction.
5. Conducive working conditions.
The physical surroundings that are safe, clean and comfortable results in a good or positive towards one job which also reflects his job satisfaction.
