T1 = 273 + 17 = 290,

V2 = ? T2 = 298

$\frac{V_1}{T_1}$ = $\frac{V_2}{T_2}$ = $\frac{142}{290}$ = $\frac{V_2}{298}$

V2 = $\frac{298\times 142}{290}$ = 145.92 mm.
