Chlorine water is a mixture of hydrochloric acid(HCl-colourless) and hypochlorous acid(HOCl-pale yellow).
The pale yellow solution turned colourless because the hypochlorous acid(chloric (I) acid)-HOCl- dissociates on exposure to sunlight into HCl and Oxygen gas.
A colourless gas was produced- Oxygen
