• Material goods and non-material goods. Non material goods are the services or the intangible goods while material goods are thee tangible commodities.
• Perishable and durable goods. Perishable goods are goods that can go bad so easily unless stored suing special facilities while durable goods can continue giving services for a long time and can resist spoilages caused by agents.
• Free goods and economic goods. Free gods are goods that gifts of nature and occurs freely while economic goods are goods that are scarce in supply and have money value.
• Producer and consumer goods. Producer goods are goods that are produced in order to be reproduced by others while consumer goods are goods that are readily usable by the final user.
• Public goods and private goods. Public goods are goods that are owned by the government and no one in particular owns them while private goods are owned by individuals or a group of individuals in their private capacities.
• Intermediate and finished goods. Finished goods are the final products that come out of production in the required form while intermediate goods are goods that are not ready for use before they are further processed.
