Increase in temperature increases rate of enzymatic reactions upto optimum temperature beyond which further increase in temperature lowers rate of reaction because enzymes are denatured.Decrease in temperature lower the rate of enzymatic reactions. Temperatures below 10°C inactivate enzymes leading to low rate of enzymatic reactions
