All systems are created to achieve a goal.the goals define and create systems.
2. Input.
The raw materials used for processes are known as inputs.
3. Process.
These are the activities that are performed on input within the system to create useful information.
4. Output.
Output consist of the exchanges across the boundary of the system to its environment.
5. Interface.
These are areas of interaction and intersection of different systems which exchange information or
energy.
6. Synergy.
It is where two systems working together produce more results than each would achieve independently.
7. Symbiosis.
Is where two systems operate as one, and if one ceases to exist, the other cannot function.
8. Factoring.
It is the process of splitting a system into sub system units as a means of focusing on specific sub system requirements.
