A good code should be that which can be easily handled by the human beings, hence should be short and
concise in structure.
3.GROWTH.
The coding structure should allow for further in-corporations of other codes naturally with ease, to
allow expansion. This will cater for the coding of additional items within the structure.
4.RECOGNIZABILITY.
A good code structure should avoid the use of characters or digits that may be easily confused from the
other characters or digits.
5.SYMBOLS.
Larger codes should be broken down with symbols to ease interpretation or transcription of the code.
6.DISTINCT.
The codes should be non-identical to avoid confusion.
