a. Form utility – this is changing the form of a commodity from its raw material to finished goods.
b. Time utility – this created when goods are stored until when it is appropriate for it to be /them to be used.
c. Place utility – this is bridging the geographical gap between the producer of a commodity and its consumers through transportation. For example transporting text books and exercise books from a bookshop to school.
d. Possessive utility- this refer to the transfer of ownership of goods and services from one person to another. This can be done through trade.
