Answers

John
Cheserem: Otieno: Kariuki

14:5:6; Total ratio = 25.

Cheseren initially got

$\frac{14}{25}$ x 500 = 280 eggs

Otieno initially got

$\frac{5}{25}$ x 500 = 100 eggs

Kariuki initially got

$\frac{6}{25}$ x 500 = 120 eggs

After Cheserem gave 20 eggs to each;

Cheserm had 280-40 = 240

Kariuki had 120 + 20 = 140

Ratio of the eggs they finally got:

Cheserem:Otieno:Kariuki

240:120:140 = 12:6:7
