II. Punctuality – this refer to the ability to keep time in attending duties and appointments.
III. Courtesy – this involves handling people politely, pleasantly, and with consideration. Being patient, solving problems the best way possible.
IV. Loyalty – the commitment an employee has to the organization one is working for, like maintaining the good name of the organization.
V. Honesty- this is the ability to tell the truth and being sincere.
VI. Co-operation- the ability of workers to work comfortably as a team without malice, bias, hatred, or selfishness.
VII. Diplomacy- this is the ability to convince others tactfully.
VIII. Judgment- the ability to make a ruling or decision after considering all the possibilities and outcomes.
IX. Accuracy- it involves performing duties with excellence, precision and correctness.
X. Initiative- the ability to create and implement ideas.
