The world of business has changed because of changing technology where most business operates online with the owner being in control alone hence minimizing chances of hiring More people to be managed by human resource.

Also manufacturing companies nowadays use machines instead of labourers so as to increase productivity and this makes human resource to have little chances as machines will only require people with technical skills to coordinate the operations.

The next reason is that currently most business are privately owned and those to run activities and people within the business are owners. The university should instead start teaching people in order to become entrepreneur and start businesses instead of waiting to run other people's business which is difficult currently.
