i) Ask parents/ guardians to escort children to and from ECDE centre.

ii) Ensure the centre is well fenced and protected.

iii) Identify caretakers as they pick children from the centre.

iv)Educate children not to take/ accept gifts from strangers/ talk to strangers/ what to do when faced with danger.

v) Educate parents/ teacher on abduction/ what they do to help reduce the chances of their children being abducted

vi) Incase there is a change of caretaker, the centre should be notified


vii) Give identification slip/ pass to the guardians/ caretakers/ parents.
