ii. He should be a person who is able to delegate duties to staff members so that they can feel part and parcel of the organization.
iii. Should be concerned about the welfare of members of staff.
iv. Should be sociable with members of staff.
v. Should be able to set clear and achievable goals for the members of staff.
vi. Should be knowledgeable about the job he supervise so that he can guide and control staff members.
vii. Should be a person who can listen to staff members’ point of view with the intention of changing his/her in case he/she is given better ideas.
