Describe the formation of a cave

Answers

Faith
The circumference of a cave is larger at the entrance but it becomes smaller inwards. A cave mainly forms at the base of a cliff. Its formation starts a small hollow on the weak area of a cliff, especially where the rocks such as those containing limestone have been acted upon by solution process.
Corrasion, direct wave action and other processes of the wave erosion act on the base enlarging the hollow and extending it inwards into the cliff. The impact if the wave is less further into the cave.
