Search for jobs-most people in an area migrates to others areas to search for job. They leave the their initial area and settle in areas where they get a job leading to moderate population density.

Pasture and water. People migrates to others areas for search of food and water for their animals. The area is left with people who has bben living there for long.

War and famine-young people leave the areas they were born for fear of drought and famine and settle in others areas with food and security. Therefore population density remains the same.

Agricultural land- people settle in an area for agricultural purposes and therefore no more settlement is allowed. Therefore population doesn't increase leading to moderate population density.
