Development of urban centres. This leads to development of urban climate which is characterized by fog as a result of smoke, increase in temperature and a change in the direction of winds to blow along the streets.
Construction of dams. The region where the dams are located experience increased evaporation hence increased rainfall, increased humidity and cooler temperature.
