Epistemology in education results to generation of a class of people who are able to understand clearly and critically comprehend the origin, state and future of a peoples' knowledge.
this in return, helps us to understand and judge people according to their capacities. for example, the way you judge an A student in an interview should not be the same way you judge a D students in the same interview.
Another implication of epistemology is that, it helps people to understand their fields of specialization in case of a step more to take. for example, if you clearly use your epistemic level to grade two students, you can easily advice them on which courses to take as far as their preferences and passion is concerned.
