1.oasis theory-it states that the change in climate resulted to different communities to move to areas close to oasis. They domesticated animals and grew crops for food production.
2.Habitat theory. After people stayed at a particular place for a long time, they in time learnt to plant and harvest crops. They also got knowledge on hunting and domesticating animals.
3.climate theory-when climate changed, annual crops were the most favourite crops to grow. They grew during rainy season but dried leaving dormant seeds or tubers after a dry spell. Human later moved to places with wild seeds where they started cultivation.
4.Evolution theory. This proposes that agriculture is evolutionary adaptation of plants and human. It starts with protection of wild plants and specialization of location.
