i) Determine the:
I. Wavelength of the wave
II. Amplitude of the wave
ii) If the time taken by the wave to move from O to A is 0.90 seconds, determine the:
I. frequency of the wave
II. Speed of the wave

Answers

John
i) I. Wavelength = 5 – 1 = 4 cm

II. Amplitude = 2 cm

ii) I. Periodic time, T = $\frac{0.09}{2.25}$ = 0.04 s

F = $\frac{1}{T}$ = $\frac{1}{0.04}$ = 25Hz

II. V = 25 x 0.04 = 1 ms-1
